Small (6/8) to fit chest 30/32
Medium (10/12) to fit chest 32/34
Large (14/16) to fit chest 34/36
XLarge ( 18/20) to fit chest 36/38

I am a size 12-14 and like to wear a Large for a more relaxed fit.

I have washed these t-shirts and wear them often. They don't shrink, they don't twist or go a funny shape.
